Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once the order is placed through our website, the dispatch process starts and our logistic team constantly works towards reducing the delivery period for your comfort and convenience. The details of which are provided to you at the time of placing your order.

Cancellation policy:

However, if you wish to cancel your order, YOU CAN DO SO BY GETTING IN TOUCH WITH US DIRECTLY WITHIN A PERIOD OF 24 HOURS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Our cancellation policy has the following exceptions:

  • The order CANNOT BE CANCELLED, IF IT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED FROM THE STORE/WAREHOUSE.
  • NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ENTERTAINED for those products that Rithika Suits’ marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • NO CANCELLATION is provided on items under discounted prices.

Note that there is NO ONLINE TOOL, as of now, for cancellation of orders and it can only be done by directly reaching us through the number at our website.

Refund Policy:

The apparels booked first go through a process of proper checking, that we do personally, after which it is shipped to you. As customer satisfaction and happiness are of prime concern to us, we make sure that the products being shipped, are free from defects, and the best of the lot.

A slight variation could be observed in the colour/ appearance of the apparels available online owing to the camera effect. But, the delivered apparel will be of the same colour and size that has been ordered.

Rithika DOES NOT REFUND OR RETURN the products once the shipping is done
